I came across a name plate/tag that read "CDR - NC USN". I tried to track the owner but he/she had already left the place. Trying to figure out what the NC could be. I don't think I've ever heard of someone referring to his rank that way. Any guesses? |

Several years ago I saw a license plate on a car at Cracker Barrel which said "MEDAL OF HONOR". Naturally I was intrigued and looked over the crowd to try to guess who it may be, but with about a hundred folks eating lunch I was too shy to investigate further.
